Ensuring quality & reliability on assembly
process is now backed by the sophisticated
Renishaw Laser Interferometer to check the
positioning accuracy and repeatability of the
machines in assembly stage so that the customer
is assured of getting consistent result during
production run.

Machines are checked as per Standard test charts
accepted universally. MGT has brought in Taylor
Hobson Roundness Testing machine interfaced with
computer to provide the detailed information on
the Roundness, Cylindricity and Flatness.

Electronic Level meter is also installed to
check the flatness of machined and scraped
surfaces to improve the accuracy of slide
surfaces and guide ways.
