Design

 

  1. Indigenous design capability.

  2. Our design department has 6 work stations for PRO E solid modeling,1 seat for Solid Edge, 8 seats for AUTOCAD 2002 and 21 seats of Solid works, 4 seats for COSMOS and 1 seat for ALGORE in order to provide you better grinding solutions in short duration.

  3. Company-wide routine functions are through LAN, ERP, Website & E-Services.  

Manufacturing

 

  1. Manufacturing facility is well equipped with all modern machines to improve productivity and assure interchangeability of components like CNC turning and Vertical machining centers from ACE GROUP & Horizontal Machining Center from MAZAK, Heavy duty Surface grinder from PROTH and high speed 5 face machining centre from SNK Japan .

  2. Production planning through ERP software “SAP”

  3. Best practices followed like 5S, KANBAN, Quality Circle, Suggestion Schemes, Self Inspection.

  4. OEE achieved 89.1 %.

  5. Motivated people working through teams.

Assembly

 

  1. Completely Air-Conditioned assembly hall.

  2. Clean environment with better house keeping through best practices like 5S.

  3. Ensuring quality & reliability on assembly process is now backed by the sophisticated Renishaw Laser Interferometer to check the positioning accuracy and repeatability of the machines in assembly stage so that the customer is assured of getting consistent result during production run.

  4. Machines are checked as per Standard test charts accepted universally. MGT has brought in Taylor Hobson Roundness Testing machine interfaced with computer to provide the detailed information on the Roundness, Cylindricity and Flatness.

  5. Electronic Level meter is also installed to check the flatness of machined and scraped surfaces to improve the accuracy of slide surfaces and guide ways.

  6. Process based working by dedicated work force.

  7. Assembly hall lighting with metal Helide lamps with better Color rendering index.

  8. Architectural design of assembly Hall for better movement of man & material.

R & D Center

 

  1. In-house R & D center recognized by Govt. of India.

  2. Every year MGT is investing more than 5% of its sales turnover on facility up gradation to improve the delivery, performance, and reliability of MGT Grinders.

  3. Electrical & Hydraulic labs doing continues development.
