Mr. N.K. Dhand holds a B.Sc. in Physics (Hons.) from Delhi University and a B.S. in Mech. Engg. from the University of California, Berkeley, USA. He co-founded Micromatic Machines in 1973 which became independent in 1990 and renamed it as MGT Micromatic Grinding Technologies Ltd. in 1997. He was Chairman & Managing Director of Micromatic Machine Tools Pvt. Ltd. from 1980 to 2018 and continues as a member of the Board. He is Director of the JV, JTEKT Micromatic Machinery India Pvt. Ltd. He has held significant roles in the industry, including Co-Chairman of C-MAT, past President of IMTMA, and is Chairman of Gram Niyojan Kendra, an NGO.

Mr. S.K. Kakkar, an Electronics Engineer and MBA from Delhi University, worked with BEL as a design Engineer for nearly 20 years. He has over three decades of experience in Total Quality Management and Business Excellence. He has worked with CII, served on the Global Excellence Model Council, and currently holds a position as Chief Mentor for Organizational Performance Excellence Consultants. He is Chairman of National Accreditation Committee on Quality Management Systems.

Mr. Kapil Dhand, a graduate of Siddaganga Institute of Technology (SIT) Tumkur, worked as a Trainee Engineer at Deckel Maho Gildemeister (DMG) at Geretsried, in Germany. He played a key role in technology transfer projects with TOYODA Machine Works, Japan. He co-founded Micromatic Manufacturing Systems Pvt. Ltd (MMS) in 2009. He worked in various functions in the company before becoming the Managing Director in 2015.

Mr. K Chandrashekhar Sharma, a Mechanical Engineer from NIT Surat, did his MBA in Marketing from IGNOU. He has extensive experience in the Machine Tools sector, including HMT Ltd (14 years) and Kennametal India Limited (21 years) where he superannuated in 2020 as VP & Director. He has also been associated with academic institutions and NGOs, supporting underprivileged children in their education through Sparsha trust.

Mrs. Neelam Dhand has done a BA Honors in Psychology from Delhi University in 1972 and has been associated with MGT as Director from 1990, working closely with the Human Resource teams for various employee welfare activities.

Mrs. Pooja Malhotra, a bachelor’s degree holder in Hotel Management from Welcomgroup Graduate School of Hotel Administration, has excelled in her academic career with multiple scholarships and internships at top hotel chains. She also holds a Diploma in Human Resource Management from IMT Ghaziabad and has successfully established and managed her own IT training company, OST Technologies in Nashik.
